Patience in Stainless Steel
The Pinot Grigio grapes are carefully destemmed and soft crushed, then the wine rests in stainless steel tanks on the lees for approximately six months: a slow build of texture and depth most Pinot Grigio never gets.
Following bottling, the wine rests an additional two months before release. Nothing rushed, nothing overworked. Just a boutique approach to a category too often made in a hurry.
Crisp, Complex, Quietly Elegant
Brilliant straw yellow with reflections of gold. The nose is crisp and clean, with delicate notes of orange flower and wild rose layered over apricot, white peach, and orange peel.
The palate is crisp, dry, and well-structured, carrying golden apple and citrus to a fresh, elegant finish.
